Reiki therapy is a comprehensive method that balances body and mind and promotes well-being. Reiki is a good form of treatment if you experience pain, fatigue or if you just want more energy and balance in your life. In Reiki energy treatment, I transmit the high life energy of the universe to you through my hands. I treat your body's energy centers, balancing and clearing possible blockages. At the same time, your body balances itself and can thus heal itself. At the beginning of the treatment, there is a short time for a conversation, after which you can sit on the heated treatment table. You are safe under the blanket, resting and receiving the care I give. I touch you with my hands or hold my hands slightly away from your body and let the universal energy flow through my hands to you. Energy flows can be felt as warmth, coolness or, for example, tingling. Reiki treatment is perceived as very relaxing and you may even fall asleep during the treatment. After the treatment, you can wake up in peace, we will enjoy water or tea together and you can share your experiences from the treatment if you wish. Appointment 1 hour, of which the treatment time is about 45 minutes.
