How many people can join Miele's harmony and relaxation coaching?

I want to keep the size of the groups small in order to maintain trust and safety in the coaching meetings.

Close meetings can accommodate a total of 3 participants.

There are 6 places for the remote group.

Thus, the total number of participants is a maximum of 9 per coaching session

What does coaching cost?

1 month coaching (4 meetings) €149

The price of local and remote coaching is the same.

How can the coaching be paid for?

Payment is made during registration using the payment methods I offer on my website - debit/credit card payment, GoolePay, Apple Pay

You can pay half (50%) of the price of the Miele Sopusointu relaxation training with Smartum, Edenred or ePassi.

If you want to use such an advantage to make a payment, please contact me first, you will receive more detailed instructions on how to proceed.

I recommend coaching to everyone whose life is defined by urgency. Coaching helps to see things in the right light and the readiness to change one's life in small steps.

This training is best suited for you who don't want to commit for a longer period of time, but instead grab the exercises that suit you from this great package. This way you can continue the exercises independently after the training.

The training includes 4 weekly, 60-90 min long face-to-face or Zoom meetings, during which we do exercises in a group to increase body awareness, and you also get tips for exercises and reflections to be done during the week.


Remote meetings on Tuesdays 8.10., 15.10., 22.10. and 29.10.

Zoom will also be a recording if you can't be there.
