I also organize moments of presence for groups. These services are great for a group of friends' well-being together, as a program for a party and everyday life, or for enjoying time together with loved ones.
Retreats in Lapland and northern Norway
Are you stuck in your life? Or maybe you are at a turning point, on the threshold of a life change. Do you long for a break from everyday routines and a moment of rest for both body and mind?
I organize gentle weekend retreats that help you get away from everyday life, performance and obligations.
You get to stop and slowly find yourself and your own feelings. In a safe, like-minded group, you can let go and live one breath at a time, exactly as you are in that moment.
Northern Peace & Flow and Pause & Dream retreats are organized in Finnish Lapland, Ivalo, Serenity & Rest retreats in northern Norway, in atmospheric Bugøynes (Pykeija).
Singing bowl courses
How to play a singing bowl? What is singing bowl relaxation? I teach the basics of playing the singing bowl and train as a singing bowl therapist both in Ivalo and, upon request, also elsewhere in Finland. You can find the current singing bowl courses here. The basic course for playing the singing bowl is also available online nonstop (Finnish only).
